This workshop will address the four key stages of the EQA process and provide practical advice, tips and insight from experience to inform those contemplating their next EQA exercise.
About this event
Undertaking an EQA is a critical exercise which generally requires an investment of time and cost for Internal Audit Teams. The purpose of this workshop is to draw on the experience of EQA providers and Internal Audit Teams with recent EQA experience to help Teams contemplating their next EQA to understand the various options and approaches available and to make the best decision for themselves to ensure their EQA delivers real value.
This workshop will address the four key stages of the EQA process and provide practical advice, tips and insight from experience to inform those contemplating their next EQA exercise.
Working through the EQA process from start to finish, the conversation will cover:
(1) Choosing the type of EQA and the EQA reviewer
(2) Preparing for the EQA exercise
(3) Working through the EQA with the reviewer
(4) Next steps following the EQA outcome
