Log in to our new website
Click one of the options below to view instructions for signing in to our new website, and how students can access their study materials.
To access the new website and portal you will first need to sign in and create an account. Your log in details for the old website will not work.
Please follow the steps below to sign in and create an account:
- Click on the 'Sign in' button at the top of the website
- Then click on the ‘Sign up now’ link in the box on the screen
- If you had an account on our old website - enter the email address you previously used to log in to our old site. If you didn’t have an account on our old website - then just enter your existing work email address.
- Follow the email verification process (checking your junk mail if needed)
- Create a new unique password (NB the ‘Forgotten password’ option can’t be used at this point)
- The password must be between 8 and 64 characters and must have at least 3 of the following:
- a lowercase letter
- an uppercase letter
- a digit
- a symbol
- The password must be between 8 and 64 characters and must have at least 3 of the following:
- Then sign in using your email address and your new password
- Now access your account area using the drop-down list next to the ‘Welcome’ button

If you are currently studying for a Certification and require access to the Chartered IIA Study System, please follow the below instructions, but only once you have signed in to your account (please see the instructions on the Members tab)
- Click on ‘Welcome’ at the top of the page.
- Select ‘Courses’ in the drop down menu.
- From ‘Course Bookings’ locate your course.
- Click on the three horizontal dots on the right-hand side of your selected course
- Select ‘Access Course Content'.
- This will take you to your Dashboard where you can select your course and gain access to the learning materials.
- NB If the course does not appear in your listing, log out and then log back in using your email address and new password.
