Making a Complaint
We are committed to providing a high standard of service to all our members and customers. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your experience with the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors, please let us know so we can address the issue promptly.
Complaints will be acknowledged within two working days. We aim to provide a full response within ten working days. If further investigation is required, we will keep you informed of the expected timeframe.
