EU Public Sector Internal Audit Standards

The European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Audit (ECIIA) has issued guidance Implementing the Global Internal Audit Standards in the European Public Sector | ECIIA. This provides a useful analysis of the Global Standards considering the regulatory frameworks in place in the EU for the public sector.

This may be of general interest in the UK, particularly for any public sector bodies which interact with those in the EU, but more so for the Irish public sector bodies.
