The Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors and EY are excited to host an Internal Audit Race & Ethnicity event. This event will be held in-person at EY’s 25 Churchill Place office in London.
Ethnic minority professionals continue to be significantly underrepresented in internal audit leadership roles. This event seeks to challenge this by championing the development and advancement of ethnic minority internal audit professionals, empowering them to thrive and succeed in leadership positions.
We will be joined by internal audit leaders from under-represented ethnic backgrounds as well as allies, who will collectively share their personal experiences and insights. The event will also feature keynote speeches, followed by a live facilitated Q&A panel of internal audit leaders who will share their career journeys, challenges and perspectives.
What you’ll gain:
• Insights & Leadership Journeys: Hear from internal audit leaders as they share powerful stories about progressing diverse talent into leadership roles.
• Practical Actions for Change: Discover practical steps that line managers, senior leadership and allies can take to create equitable pathways.
• Networking Opportunities: An opportunity to build meaningful connections with professionals from a wide range of financial services and non-financial services backgrounds.
If you would like to register your interest, please use the link below. Registrations are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and are open to both ethnic minorities and allies.
