- End-point assessment (EPA) is conducted by independent end-point assessors (IEPAs).
- IEPAs work with an end-point assessment organisation (EPAO) to examine the degree of delivery against job role demands.
Apprenticeship Level 7
For highly competent internal auditors seeking chartered status.

Chartered Internal Auditor status (CMIIA).
Who can do this course?
This apprenticeship is for highly competent internal auditors, including those who report to an internal audit manager or head of internal audit, managers of the internal audit process, or experts in risk management, internal audit, governance, and control.

As part of the program, you must complete Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and three case study exams that lead to Chartered Internal Auditor status (CMIIA).
